Learning objectives

I hope to learn more about digestion through the holidays and figure them out during the holidays as a form of a project so that I can understand more about digestion

A few questions to consider:
*What are the importance of a healthy diet? (Week 1)
*Why do we need to maintain a healthy diet (Week 3)
*How is food processed and broken down and used by the body?(Week 2)
*What are the nutrients in food?( Week 1)

New challenging topics I will be researching on:

Proteins (week4 and week5)
Fats and Trans fat (week6 and week7)

Last but not least
Food pyramid (week8)

*This is a biology project assigned by my teacher for the holidays
